I started out 23 years ago selling insurance over the phone, and since then I’ve worked my way up to the C-suite. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of working with brilliant partners across every stage of the customer lifecycle, helping manage billions in GWP and millions of policyholders.
Over the past five years, I’ve focused on leading strategy in some of the industry’s most critical areas: insurer partnerships, price comparison sites, ancillary product providers, claims management, and certainly not least, product governance.
What do I value most in my work? It’s not job titles or buzzwords. It’s my little black book, built on years of genuine relationships and true friendships, formed on the solid foundations of this incredible industry.
